How it works

All your guests will be able to contribute to the trip. The “Honeymoon Tailor Made Travel” quota program works like the traditional gift list. It is easy to participate. The guests only have to buy “QUOTAS” that are equivalent to a certain value of the trip. The guests will be able to choose the amount with which they want to present the bride and groom. Each “COTA” is a piece of your trip that is already guaranteed! After the deadline, the bride and groom receive, together with the travel documents, the names of the guests who contributed to the accomplishment of this unforgettable trip. The value of each QUOTA is R$ 100.00 and your guests can buy as many QUOTES as they wish.

Register

To start their Wedding List, the bride and groom must first contact Tailor Made Travel, through the website www.tmtravel.us, in order to register for the Honeymoon Quotas Program Tailor Made Travel to obtain an exclusive and personalized service that will assist you in choosing the ideal itinerary. After choosing the itinerary, they must register on the website of Designer Tours, our partner operator, and define the list holder.
After the registration of the bride and groom, it will be sent via e-mail, automatically, with the Wedding List contract. This must be signed by one of the bride and groom and returned to the Tailor Made Travel travel advisor who is assisting them in the travel schedule.
Send us the LIST OF GUESTS, with only 01 holder name, in case of family. This list will be linked to the process, to facilitate its identification and closing.
After registering, the List will be available for guests to access and contribute to the trip through quotas. The value of each quota: R$ 100.00.
The bride and groom will be able to send a photo of the couple to be published in their Wedding List.

Quotas

How to acquire quotas:

Option 1: The guests, in order to acquire the quotas, will be able to contact via telephone, supplying the data as requested. A bank slip will be issued in the name of the guest, which will be sent via fax or e-mail for payment at a designated bank or via the internet.
Option 2: The registration can also be done through the Designer Tours website and the respective payment slip can be printed for payment via the indicated bank or via the internet.

After payments have been identified, guests will receive an email confirming receipt of the deposit. The maximum period to contribute to the honeymoon trip will be at least 15 working days before the wedding date. (working days: Monday to Friday, bank hours).

The name of the guests who contributed and the value of the respective quota will be available for the bride and groom to access at any time, through their login (registered email) and password. Contributions will appear in the list after the deposit has been cleared.
If there is an extra balance after the total purchase of the package, this amount will be refunded to the List holder in local currency (R$), “an administrative fee of 10% will be charged”.
Deposits will be made in reais. In cases of international travel, they will only be converted to dollar or euro at the end of the trip or on the dates foreseen for the end of the trip, respecting the conditions and deadlines established.

Payment conditions

To guarantee the reservation the bride and groom must make a deposit (determined according to the conditions of the itinerary).
If the quotas do not reach the values of the chosen trip, within the determined deadlines, the bride and groom must make the necessary payment – as well as – if the value of the quotas does not reach the total value of the trip, the difference must be paid according to the conditions previously established payments.
The bride and groom will be able to consult in advance the estimated value to complete the total cost of the trip through a “simulation” using the exchange rate of the day.

Withdrawal or Cancellation

Tailor Made Travel and Designer Tours are not responsible for cancellation of weddings. In the event of the groom and bride giving up or canceling the trip, the accumulated credits will be returned to the List holder, deducting administrative expenses. Depending on the advance with which the trip is canceled, the specific conditions of the contracted trip must also be observed. The name of the holder must be informed at the time of registration.

The return of the amounts will be as determined in the GENERAL AND SPECIFIC CONDITIONS of the contracted program.

Important: The registration of the WEDDING LIST will only be accepted upon presentation of the wedding slogans, wedding invitations, and by sending the contract of the Wedding List signed by the bride and groom. In case the trip is not completed and the trip contract is not carried out, Designer Tours will reimburse the amounts received, deducting an administration and service fee corresponding to 10% of the amounts received, as well as any expenses resulting from the cancellation of the trip contracted.
